Q. Do you change watch batteries?

A. Yes we do, while you wait.  Most batteries are $6.00 plus tax, with only a couple styles at $10.00 plus tax.  We also remove links, change bands and do adjustments while you wait.

Q. Can you replace missing stones?

A. Yes we can.  If we do not have a matching stone on hand we can order a replacement. 

Q. Do you repair jewelry?

A. Yes we do.  Jeff's Gems can repair damaged jewelry generally within a two week period and occassionally while you wait. We can resize rings, clean and polish gold and silver and repair most broken items.

Q. Can you make a custom piece of jewelry for me?

A. Jeff can take your ideas and create a one of a kind piece of jewelry.  If you look through our photo gallery you can see the step by step process of creating a custom piece.
